any other place. More than just storage, the hangar serves as protection
from the weather and vandalism and can also become a repair shop when it
has a commercial designation. Mather Aviation is the location of choice

Mather Aviation offers both commercial and non commercial hangars as
well as limited shade hangars. Most of the hangars at Mather are former
military hangars so they meet fire and safety standards that allow for
repairs and maintenance on site. Mather also has hangars with attached
office and shop areas.
At Mather Airport a complete selection of aviation services are
available. Mather Aviation operates an FAA certified repair station and
a mobile AOG unit, along with maintenance and detailing services. Pilots
are assured that Mather Airport will fit their schedule. Mather offers a
full-service FBO and a manned tower that operates 24-hour air traffic
control.
